Cleaning and Maintenance

< 1 min read

Unlike most machines that require descaling, the great thing about CovePure is you don’t have to do any of that since the reverse osmosis process removes much of the hardness from your water, so none of the internal components should be affected as long as you are regularly discarding the wastewater prior to refilling.

The only components that will need cleaning from time to time are:

1. The raw water tank (as needed)

2. The cylindrical net filter in the raw water tank – just pull it out of the tank (as needed)

3. The pitcher (as needed)

For all of these components, simply use warm water and a brush to scrub clean. DO NOT use soap, as that may affect the filters.
