Ensure that the arrows on the filter handles point to the word “close” as shown in the picture above.
STEP 1: Unplug the system.
STEP 2: Remove plastic wrapping and bottom cap from your new filter.
STEP 3: Remove the tank lid, and slide the filter lid off.
STEP 4: Twist the old filter counter-clockwise until the arrow on the handle points to the word “Open”. Then, remove.
STEP 5: Place the new filter into the slot with the arrow pointing to the word “Open”.
STEP 6: Push down and twist clock-wise to lock. Make sure the arrow on the handle points to the word “Close”.
STEP 7: Put lids back on the filter slot and tank. Then, plug the system in.
