Install the Filters

STEP 1: Unplug the system.
STEP 2: Remove the tank lid, and slide the filter lid off.
STEP 3: Twist the old filter counter-clockwise until the arrow on the handle points to the word “Open”. Then, remove.
STEP 4: Remove the plastic wrapping and bottom cap from your new filter, then place the new filter into the slot with the arrow pointing to the word “Open”.
STEP 5: Push down and twist clock-wise to lock. Make sure the arrow on the handle points to the word “Close”.
STEP 6: Put lids back on the filter slot and tank. Then, plug the system in.
Reset Filter Life

STEP 1: Allow the machine to flush your new filters. Wait for “FLSH” to disappear off-screen (roughly 2 minutes).
STEP 2: Press and hold the “CUSTOM” and “16oz” buttons at the same time for 5 seconds until you see “PCB” flash on the screen.
If you are replacing your PCB filter, move on to the next step.
If you are replacing your RO filter, press “CUSTOM” again until you see “RO” flash on-screen.
STEP 3: Press and hold the “CUSTOM” and “16oz” buttons again for 5 seconds, to save your selection.
The bars on your filter life will now be full again!
Rinse Filters

Before drinking water from your new filter, please run your system through three full cleansing cycles. This will ensure that your water tastes great!
STEP 1: Place a large bowl under the dispenser nozzle
STEP 2: Wait for the pitcher to fill up, then press and hold the dispense icon for 5 seconds.
STEP 3: Allow the pitcher to fully empty itself, then repeat STEP 2 two more times, refilling the back water tank as needed.
Now you’re done! Enjoy clean, great-tasting water again.
