Important Note #
When refilling, you’ll notice leftover wastewater in the tank. Always remember to discard this prior to refilling. DO NOT refill water on top of the wastewater. Failing to discard wastewater will deteriorate filter life and cause issues with machine functionality.

💧 If you only see “normal” and “16oz” on start-up, press and hold “normal and “16oz” for 3 seconds to see the full display.
💧 To lock the filters in place, make sure to push down and twist the filters fully to the right, so that the arrows on the handles point to the word “close” on the machine. If the arrows don’t fully align, water will not flow into the pitcher.
💧 When sliding the filter lid on and off, remove the tank lid first. This will make it easier to slide the filter lid off!
💧 Remember to put the lid back on the tank after you’ve filled the machine up with water. The machine won’t start unless the lid is in place!
💧 Pure TDS readings will be slightly inflated when you first start using the machine. This will decrease over time, as filters are rinsed out.
